Location

This is a very conveniently located villa directly between Pattaya and Jomtien at Pratumnak Hill, and just 1km from Cosy Beach and lots of convenience stores and restaurants. Indeed, Pratumnak Hill is home to lots of restaurants and nightlife options that are a little more laidback than downtown Pattaya, perfect for family holidays. In approximately a 5-minute drive, you can be at Pattaya Walking Street or the Jomtien Beach area. You can find two of Pattaya’s finest restaurants at the bottom of the hill, Mata Hari and Manhattans. Overall, this is a prime Pattaya holiday location.
AccomodationBedrooms. All 3 bedrooms can be located upstairs and are joined together by a long balcony/terrace that runs the entire length of the second floor and overlooks the pool and street. All the 3 bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes, a choice of fans or air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The Master Bedroom also has a Samsung flat-screen TV. The three bedrooms have recently been decorated in white tones, creating a contemporary style ambience with total relaxation as the final product. Bathrooms. There are 3 main bathrooms in the villa that are all ensuite, coming equipped with showers, wash basins and toilets. However, the master bathroom has a little treat with a large Jacuzzi. There is a 4th bathroom for guests, located on the ground floor near the lounge, which has a toilet and wash basin. Dining Room. The dining area is just behind the lounge where you will find a 6-seat wooden dining table.Kitchen. Positioned in the heart of the open plan living area on the ground floor, the kitchen is built to European standards and has appliances such as a microwave, an oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and electric stovetops. The pure white kitchen units and counter tops provide a blissful atmosphere for a spot of self-catering when on holiday.Living Rooms. The lounge enjoys a great location next to the tall patio doors that lead into the house and give the room a well lit interior thanks to lots of natural sunlight. The lounge looks out towards the pool and covered terrace.
