The property is a corner apartment that has great views combined with a well designed interior. As you enter you have great views of Laguna through the open plan living area and patio doors. The communal facilities at this condo development include a large swimming pool.

Immediately upon entering the apartment you are greeted by an open plan kitchen on the right hand side with the dining table at the front. On a lower level down 3 steps you will encounter a simple and elegant living area and patio doors leading to a nice balcony. The 2 ensuite bedrooms are accessed off the living area, with the 2nd bedroom having its own access door next to the main door. You will find ducted air conditioning throughout the apartment.

Location

The apartment is at the north end of the famous Laguna Phuket resort complex, which is famous for being one of the best holiday destinations in Asia. It has all the amenities, restaurants and shopping you will need within easy walking distance. The local village is just a short drive away and also within easy reach of Bang Tao and Surin beaches just 3km away, plus it is only a short transfer to the International airport.
AccomodationBedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own balconies, decorated with stylish dark brown wood and wicker style furniture, 32” Flat-screen TVs and coffee making facilities, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom is very spacious and has been designed to take advantage of the view over Laguna Phuket with patio doors and floor to ceiling glass windows on two sides and extended corner balcony. It has a king sized bed with bedside tables and lights, a writing desk and plenty of extra storage. The 2nd bedroom has its own separate entrance and comes equipped with twin beds. Bathrooms. Both bathrooms are small but well designed with black marble tops, glass wash basins and wall mirrors, a hair dryer, make-up mirror and COTTO economy WC. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in power shower with a glass partition. The master bedroom has a standard bathtub with a shower above and small glass partition. Dining Room. In front of the open plan kitchen sits the glass-topped dining room table with four matching bamboo chairs.Kitchen. The minimalist kitchen has a breakfast bar, fridge, microwave and 2-ring electric hob with extractor fan with a single sink and draining board. It has brown marble tops and cherry colored wood cabinet doors.Living Rooms. The sunken living area has a cotton slate gray large corner sofa down one side with matching coffee and side tables with a matching chair, 38 inch flat-screen TV, WIFI and cable on the other side.
