Jomtien is one of Pattaya’s most loved holiday destinations, known for its nice beach that is much more laidback than its Pattaya cousin, and also for its healthy nightlife scene and wide selection of restaurants. This three bedroom contemporary styled villa is ultra-modern in design and located just 1.5km from Jomtien Beach upon a gated community with 24 hour security.

Set over two floors, the open living space dominates this level, leading out towards a stunning and meticulously maintained garden with all manner of plants, flowers and shrubs, alongside a private swimming pool and a wood decked terrace.

The upper level is where you will find three bedrooms, all of which come with ensuite bathrooms and double beds sleeping six persons in total.

Jomtien Beach is just 1.5km from the villa on the other side of what is known as Jomtien Second Road, which also means you are just 1-1.5km away from a wide range of restaurants, massage shops and bars. Indeed, this is a quiet location that is within close proximity to the things that make a holiday special. The heart of Jomtien is 2km away, which has a cacophony of bars and restaurants, which when compared to downtown Pattaya, are still very laidback.
AccomodationBedrooms. The villa has three bedrooms, sleeping 6 people. The bedrooms have double beds, ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning and wardrobes or draws. The Master Bedroom has tall windows leading to a balcony that overlooks the garden, and also has a 42 inch flat screen TV and an interesting glass-encased bathroom. Bathrooms. There are three ensuite bathrooms in the villa that all have wash basins, toilets and showers, although the master bathroom is encased in glass and looks like a museum exhibit, which really is spectacular and unique. Dining Room. The dining area is between the lounge and kitchen with its glass covered circular table seating four people. You could dine on the outdoor terrace while taking in those exotic garden views.Kitchen. The kitchen is set in the heart of the open plan living space on the ground floor and comes equipped with a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, a fridge freezer, an oven and a 4-ring electric hob and extractor fan.Living Rooms. The lounge is at the heart of the ground floor, located right next to the external deck terrace and swimming pool with soothing views out towards the garden.
