The White House Huay Yai is not your standard pool villa, that’s for sure. Sat within its own private grounds in the countryside-laden part of Huay Yai, basking amongst the tranquility that only a handful of villas can produce, this 7-bedroom palace is a sight for sore eyes. Imagine flying halfway across the world to be greeted by large and perfectly manicured lawns ideal for kids, and a large private swimming pool with adjoining Jacuzzi, all set within a stunning tropical environment that will help you brush away the stresses of modern life.

With a U-shape layout, The White House Huay Yai is set over two floors that surround the swimming pool and terrace area where you will also find your very own personal bar and seating enough for 20 people in and around the pool.

With the main open living space on the ground floor next to the pool, alongside 5 bedrooms and two kitchens, the remaining two bedrooms are located upstairs. There is a basement/utility room that has a pool table and air-conditioning. The bedrooms sleep 14 people with two extra small beds that can sleep a further two kids.

The luxurious and open living areas aid excellent airflow throughout the property, allowing lots of people to holiday together without ever feeling cramped or overcrowded. As the location is set in the countryside, a 16-seat minibus and driver are included in the rates, so you never have to worry about feeling distanced from the main part of Pattaya, and can actually bask in its relaxing atmosphere.

Location

The White House Huay Yai is located approximately 9km from Na Jomtien Beach and a little further away from the main drag at Jomtien beach where you will find a vast number of restaurants and bars. Within a 10-minute drive, you can be at the golf courses at Pheonix GC and Siam Country Club, making this villa the perfect choice for golf lovers. Because of the villa’s beautiful countryside setting, a 16-seat minibus with driver is available included in the rates, although you will have to pay for the fuel.
AccomodationBedrooms. There are 7 bedrooms in the villa, which sleeps 14 people in total with the option of two extra kids on small twin beds. Five of the bedrooms are on the ground floor with the remaining two on the upper level. All the bedrooms have double beds (apart from the bedroom that also has two extra single kid’s beds), air-conditioning, wardrobe spaces, 32 inch flat screen TVs with international channels and all have access to bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms. Bathrooms. Of the six bathrooms in the villa, four are ensuite, while the other two are easily accessed by the remaining bedrooms. The bathrooms all have toilets, wash basins and showers, while two of the bathrooms also have bathtubs. The main ensuite bathroom has a nice Jacuzzi bathtub. Dining Room. In the dining room area, within close proximity to the lounge, you will find a large 16-seat of two dining tables.Kitchen. This villa has both European and Thai styled kitchens set just off the main living space. Combined, these kitchens have a great choice of appliances such as a microwave, oven, 3-ring gas hobs, a washing machine, toaster, water heater, refrigerator and a sandwich making machine.Living Rooms.
